BUSINESS TERMS
Any telephone and administration work undertaken by Appointment-Makers4u and
any third parties acting on behalf of Appointment-Makers4u will be by means of a
day rate model or an hourly rate model to be agreed prior to commencing a
campaign.
Minimum contract period undertaken is one month to be confirmed prior to
commencing campaign.
Charges are inclusive of inland telephone/fax expenses and no VAT is applicable as
Appointment-Makers4u is not VAT registered.
Purchase of data if required is extra, and payment is due prior to commencing any
campaign by clients upfront. The data will be for the client's exclusive use and
treated with complete confidentiality under NDA.
A payment of 50% is required prior to commencement of any project. The
outstanding balance along with any agreed commissions are payable on a monthly
basis.
Failure to pay within these time constraints will result in the postponement of the
project until the payment of the outstanding balance.
A confirmation of the Instruction to proceed by signing and returning a letter of
Instruction outlining the agreed terms of the project, in addition a retainer of 50% is
required preferably by bank transfer payment or BACS or CHAPS payment.
All emails and correspondence received are retained and will be used as evidence
should any payment not be forthcoming and passed to a relevant brief to be
actioned.
There are no guarantees given on the number of meetings being booked, for a
project neither can Appointment-Makers4u guarantee new business from every
meeting booked and Appointment-Makers4u waiver any responsibility for clients
cancelling meetings booked by Appointment-Makers4u.
Payment is due in full for day rate model and for hourly rate models from clients
even if meetings have not been forthcoming as a full day of calling still achieves
pipeline for future opportunities and data cleansing.
